After four wonderful years, we've made the bittersweet decision to close Bumble & Bleat.
From our little storefront, to the farmers market, to our online shop, it's been an incredible privilege creating natural, handcrafted soaps and body care products for you.
Thank you for welcoming our products into your homes, sharing them with loved ones, and supporting our small business over the years. It has truly meant more than we can express.

Although Bumble & Bleat has come to an end, I’m not disappearing.
Over the past several years, I’ve felt a quiet but persistent pull back toward another part of myself and work that has always mattered deeply to me.
Before Bumble & Bleat, I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and worked as a therapist, helping people navigate some of the difficult, complicated, and meaningful parts of being human. Over time, I found myself wanting to return to that work—but in a way that could also hold everything life has taught me since.
That slow growing and listening to my inner voice eventually became A Full Cup Life.
A Full Cup Life brings together so many of the things I love and have learned—my education and professional experience, lived wisdom, emotional wellbeing, personal growth, healthy relationships, whole-person wellness, nourishing food, reflection, and the everyday practices that help us create a life that feels full and well lived.
There, I share thoughtful reflections, practical resources, recipes, wellness practices, and conversations about navigating life, healing, growth, relationships, and learning to care for ourselves and one another well.
In many ways, this doesn't feel like leaving one thing behind and becoming someone new. It feels like returning to an important part of who I have always been, while bringing everything I've gathered along the way with me.
