Shipping Policy
Order are shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase. We make every effort to get your order out to you as soon as possible!
Return Policy
Due to the nature of selling personal care products, all sales are final and cannot be returned once shipped. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please contact us so we can try to make it right.
All other merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To make a return: Items must be unopened, unused, and unworn. Differences in Appearance
Our products are hand-made in small batches creating slight variations in color and appearance. This makes each soap and bath product a unique piece of art especially made for you.
Do Your Soaps Lather?
Yes!! Thanks to the lather boosting qualities of coconut oil, castor oil, and the sugars in the milk and honey, our soaps have a generous rich, creamy, and bubbly lather.
Do you use this soap on your hands, face, or body?
All of the above! Our natural soaps are gentle on the skin and great for use from head to toe! We also have soaps specifically designed for use on the face including Clarify, Ageless, and the Dead Sea Mud and Seaweed Facial Bar.
How long do your soaps last?
How long a bar of soap lasts depends on personal use and the number of people using it. Typically, a bar of soap will last anywhere from 2-6 weeks per person. To extend the life of your soap, keep your soap out of standing water and allow your soap to dry completely between uses. Using a well-draining soap dish out of direct water spray is best!
Storing soap before use
Store soap in a cool, dry place. Linen cabinets and closets are great places to keep soap before use. They also make your clothes, towels, and linens smell great!
It is the responsibility of the user to use products correctly. Please be aware of your personal sensitivities and allergies and check ingredient labels. It is important to know that anyone can develop a sensitivity or allergy to any ingredient. We recommend conducting a patch test on a small area of skin when using any new product before full use. If irritation or rash develops, discontinue use and consult a physician. Bumble and Bleat Soapery is not responsible for adverse reactions, accidents, or injuries from the use/misuse of our products. All products are for external use only.
